Why did I build this series?

I´ve often heard that people say yoga isn't for their body because they're not flexible or strong enough, or they simply don't have the time.

Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing you to beginner-friendly poses - the first week was dedicated to Tabletop, Cat & Cow Pose. 

In the 5 videos of the week, we did cover pose alignment as I learned it, the benefits of the pose, possible contraindications, and how to use probs. And then we started to explore the pose, playing with different options and variations.
