Bree Baron
I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2011. Firstly, to be able to better deal with the pain caused by a rheumatic disease, later to be able to better cope with the high workload at work and the hormonal changes of menopause.
My own practice has developed steadily over the last few years. At first I concentrated on physical exercises - today yoga has become a philosophy of life for me in which I have established a balanced, regular practice. This ranges from:
- Demanding inversions and arm balances
- Slow Vinyasa classes
- Regular Yin practice
- Yoga Nidra
- Meditations and breathing work and much more.
In addition to yoga, I enjoy cycling, cooking and baking, and walking the dogs.
