Bree Baron
I'm Bree, the soul behind "TheYogaHand". In yoga there is a physical and a mental component - in the right combination, an unbeatable combination to master your life path, even if it sometimes differs from your expectations.
My mission is to show you how you can use yoga in your life to address physical pain, stress, exhaustion or overwhelm with the right tools. I offer you my hand to walk with you on the path to more quality time, self-love and satisfaction.

I took a few sessions with Bree@TheYogaHand, and honestly speaking, I felt great! The stiffness in my shoulders, lower back, arm and legs from working on a desk 50 hours a week, were all gone after a few sessions. she knows her stuff very well. The online yoga classes with Bree@TheYogaHand are always a great experience and a lot of fun. Bree is also very sensitive to personal "weak points" in the exercises. For example, a towel as a knee cushion on the "hard" yoga mat is one of her very helpful tips for sensitive knees. The instructions for the exercises are both challenging and motivating for me.
